Here at FastArc we are extremely proud of the quality of our new & used equipment that we offer and knowing that you are happy with your purchase is particularly important to us.
With our ever-changing stock level, we try our absolute best to make sure we have the right equipment for your job, in stock & ready to go on a next day UK delivery service. If the machine is not quite ready, it will NOT be despatched until the following criteria’s have been met.
All our used welding machines come complete with 6 months return to base warranty from date of purchase which includes parts & labour. (Parts warranty ONLY outside of the UK)
All our new welding machines come complete with a minimum of 3 years & a maximum of 5 years return to base warranty from date of purchase which includes parts & labour. (This is specific to the manufacturers Terms & Conditions which you will receive upon purchase)
With all our used equipment we ensure it has been fully serviced including a full electrical safety inspection, load, weld & loop tested by our engineering department to ensure your machine is in the best possible working condition prior to delivery.
Knowing that our used welding equipment is fit for purpose & safe to use is extremely important & vital to our customers. Therefore, all our equipment comes with a compulsory IEC 60974-4 electrical safety test report that is specifically tailored to welding machines & arc equipment.
If you are working to British Standards or ISO 9001 it is likely that you will need your machines to conform to current BS EN 50504:2008 / EN IEC 60974-14:2018 welding validation standards . If this is the case, we can calibrate your machines meters into tolerance & subsequently Validate your machine to the above standards free of charge before your machine is supplied which will include a Validation Certificate valid for either 6 or 12 months depending on your requirements.
In the rare event that you do encounter a breakdown, regardless of whether your machine is still under warranty or not, we will act fast to rectify the issue & if needs be supply you with an alternative machine whilst yours is being repaired.
