  • Certain machines can be supplied with bespoke material welding programs & process programs such as speed arc, Double pulse & synergic which results in higher quality welds and increased productivity.
  • Certain models of machine are EN1090 compliant.
  • A free site servicing plan is applied to all our contract hire machines every 12 months which will include a machine blow out, full function test of the machine’s parameters plus an electrical safety test to EN 60974-4 including a digital report for each machine.
  • A free yearly validation & certification per machine which conforms to BS EN 50504 / EN IEC 60974
  • Free breakdown repair service on any of our machines hired.
  • Contractual hire is tax efficient as a proportion can be claimed back as tax relief and can reduce your corporation tax liability.
  • We can also relieve you of the hassle in moving, storing or locating buyers for your old welding equipment by taking them in part exchange. (Subject to age & condition)

When a local structural steel manufacturer was having frequent breakdown faults causing excessive downtime due to a collection of various un serviced equipment FastArc was able to implement a practical cost-effective solution. 

17x Brand New LORCH MicorMIG 500 mig welding machine packages were installed on a long-term contractual hire basis.   The machines consisted of Lorch MicorMIG 500-amp inverter welding power sources complete with 4 roll drive Lorch MF08 feeders & 10 meter inter connection cables.   

Since installation the customer has not had a single breakdown in over 3 years resulting in zero hours downtime of welding plant.
