Lorch MicorMIG & MicorMIG PULSE 
Pulse Steel
The Pulse Steel programme produces virtually spatter free welding of steel materials due to the elimination of the transition arc. This in turn speeds up the fabrication process by considerably cutting down on component fettling & clean up time.
Pulse Multi Material
The Pulse Multi - Material programme produces virtually no spatter welding of steel, Stainless steel & Aluminium materials due to the elimination of the transition arc. This in turn speeds up the fabrication process by considerably cutting down on component fettling & clean up time.
The basic panel is exactly that. A basic operation panel with no synergic features or welding programs.
The basic module is designed for someone who requires high quality, no frills welding with all the benefits of a modern inverter power source.
The basic plus panel is the next step up from basic and allows fully synergic operation and is fully upgradable with the optional additions of specially developed welding programs for stainless steel, Aluminium & mig brazing as well as process programs such as “speedArc”,“Speed Up” & “Electrode plus”.
The basic plus module is designed for someone who requires high quality welding with synergic program lines & all the energy saving benefits of a modern inverter power source.
The control pro is the top control panel and has all the features of the basic plus with the addition of a 21 stage arc dynamic control, Triptronic memory for 100 welding tasks which can be stored & renamed within the machines internal memory and navigated via a OLED digital display menu. Stored welding programs can be recalled with a touch of a button either via the control panel menu or via the buttons on the Lorch powermaster torch.
All background welding parameters can also be fully adjusted and saved by navigating the OLED digital display menu.
The MicorMIG is equipped with process programs SpeedArc, SpeedUp & Electrode Plus (Only available on Basic Plus & Control Pro models.
SpeedArc:- Lorch’s SpeedArc programme focuses the arc allowing for deep optimum penetration depth and faster MIG/MAG welding due to a higher deposition rate and faster uninterrupted transfer of the molten droplets. To see the SpeedArc process in action please watch the video below.Speed Up:-
The SpeedUp program has revolutionised vertical seam welding applications by producing perfect vertical MIG/MAG seams every time up to 100% faster than conventional welding methods allowing anyone to produce high quality vertical welds with very little practice.
