GYS TIG Titanium 400 AC/DC HF
The TITANIUM 400 AC/DC is GYS’s flagship high-performance industrial TIG welding machine designed to weld all types of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, titanium & is also ideal for welding thin gauge materials with Pulse mode which reduces heat input and provides better arc control.
Equipped with a large Intuitive and highly functional digital colour display panel fully loaded with a massive array of settings & programs its digital interface allows you to change, store & reload 100 programs/jobs per process for repetitive tasks & can also be saved onto USB stick for interchangeability on other Titanium machines whilst also being able to update the machines program software & synergies via USB key.
The control panel has 3 user interface levels, EASY (simplified display) – EXPERT (full display) – ADVANCED (specific applications) whilst SYNERGIC mode offers simple configuration of the welding parameters which automatically adapt to the type of welding after the user enters the type of material, thickness to be welded and welding position.
E-TIG mode ensures a constant bead width and sufficient penetration, regardless of the torch’s position in relation to the part (welding energy control).
Ideal for compliance with WPQR and WPS being able to trace & record all welding steps, bead by bead, during industrial manufacturing according to EN 3834.
ENERGY mode, calculates & displays the energy input after welding according to the standards EN1011-1, ISO/TR 18491 and QW-409.
Available with remote foot pedal & in air or water-cooled format with the addition of a water-cooling unit that fits onto the base of the machine, loaded with state of the art cutting edge technology the Titanium is the only TIG machine you will ever need.
