- Neopulse 220C is a single-phase compact designed for 5KG wire spools.
- Neopulse 220C XL is a single phase compact able to take full 15 KG wire spools due to its oversized metal case.
- Neopulse 320C is a 3-phase compact version available in air or water-cooled formats.
- Neopulse 400 G & 500 G are both 3-phase separate wire feed versions available in air or water-cooled formats with a choice in length of interconnection cables between power source & wire feed unit ranging from 5 to 20 meters.

Smart welding
- SYNERGIC mode: Select the material, gas and wire diameter, the NEOPULSE will then automatically determine the optimal welding conditions whilst allowing you to adjust wire feed speed, voltage, current & arc length independently, ensuring perfect weld every time.
Accurate
- Automatic calibration of welding accessories, to account for voltage drop between the MIG gun & earth return cable which adjusts the displayed voltage measurement and the energy calculation.
- Displays the energy calculation after welding according to EN1011-1, ISO / TR 18491 and QW-409.
- Portability of settings: Save & load weld data as JOBS from a USB key as well as the machine configuration allowing you to duplicate welding programs & settings onto multiple machines throughout the Neopulse range.
- Traceability: trace & record all welding steps, weld by weld, during industrial manufacturing according to EN ISO 3834. This allows you to precisely calculate the manufacturing costs of each individual job from how many hours per unit it takes to fabricate a component down to how much wire you have used.
