The GYS TIG 250 AC/DC is a water cooled industrial TIG welding machine designed to weld a variety of materials such as steel, copper & aluminium alloys & requires a three phase 415 Volt input supply.

Equipped with a user friendly 5.7” colour TFT digital display screen loaded with bespoke material programs enabling the user to view a wide variety of welding parameters such as HF strike, Pulse Tack for ultra fast tacking of sheet metal, slope, pulse up to 250Hz, AC balance, waveform & frequency adjustment making this machine user friendly & very adaptable to all sorts of MMA & TIG welding applications.

The machine settings can be set up manually for advanced users or can be operated in synergic mode where by the user simply selects the welding process, material to be welded, welding position, Tungsten diameter & thickness of the base material to which the machine will then automatically calculate the optimum settings for the job such as wave form, AC balance / frequency, slope, pre / post gas, amperage output etc making this machine an excellent choice for both novice & experienced welders alike.

The machine also has full memory storage enabling 250 user selected parameters to be personalised, stored & recalled with a touch of a button.

With its reinforced steel casing it is ideal for site work & excels in harsh environments particularly where there is a high level of metallic dust due to its fanless cooling technology where all the electronic components are completely sealed from the outside elements & are cooled via a water cooled heat sync which is supplied from the main water cooling pump in the base of the machine. This ensures your machine will stand the test of time whilst operating in some of the worlds toughest environments.
